2003 Manitoba Indigenous Summer Games (MISG) Norway House athletes attended the 2003 MISG in Brandon on July 17 through the 20th. Stanley Bradburn won 3 gold medals for athletics in the 100 metre, and 1500 metre.
In the 4 by 400 metre relay, Stanley also shared medals with Virgil Mink,Corey Hart and another Cross Lake athlete.
As well in athletics, Megan Cromarty picked up the Gold medal in the 1500 metres and Joni Moore was not too far away winning the Bronze.
Our KTC Trappers Fastball team were undefeated with a record of 3+0, until the finals losing twice against a tough offensive team from Skownan of Team Northwest Region.
Congratulations to Sonny and Mac Albert, Corey and Peter Keeper, Corey Hart, Leslie McKay, Mitchell Monias, Joey Robertson and Myles Stevens winning the Silver Medal.
